Customers must contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving their product to qualify for a refund or exchange. The product does not need to be sealed for a return, and our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on questionable returns. For an exchange or store credit, the original product must be returned. While we do not require it to be unopened, we reserve the right to deny exchanges based on product condition.
Shipments
Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped the same day. Shipments Any orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Packages are dispatched via UPS, USPS, or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. If a signature is required for delivery, please contact us before purchasing to arrange this service.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage. We advise grouping items in one order, as separate orders will incur separate shipping fees. While we take special care to protect your items, your package is shipped at your own risk.
